Garden Tour

The garden changes in style from the top near the house, to the bottom, which is semi woodland.

The more formal areas around the top and middle lawns are a mix of conifers, shrubs and herbaceous plantings.

Near the summerhouse is a gravel area, adjacent to a stream pumped up from the main pond.

The pond itself supports wild life, including ducks and the local heron. It is fed by the village stream that runs across the bottom of the garden.

Over the stream is the woodland area with some views looking back up the garden towards the house
